At Brew-Berry Management Private Limited, we strive to provide genuine products and reliable service support to our customers.
1. Cancellation Policy
Customers may request cancellation of an order before the product has been dispatched.
Cancellation requests must be submitted through email or our official communication channels along with the order details.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible and the customer may need to follow the applicable return policy.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds, if approved, shall be processed within 7–10 business days after the refund is approved.
Refund eligibility depends on:
- Condition of the product
- Reason for return or cancellation
- Product inspection and verification
- Whether the product has been used, installed, damaged, or modified
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be applicable in the following situations:
- Products damaged due to improper use or handling

4. Return & Replacement Policy
Customers may request a return or replacement for products that are received damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, subject to verification.
Return requests should generally be raised within 7 days of delivery.
The product should be returned in its original condition along with the original packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty documents, and invoice, wherever applicable.
5. Warranty & Manufacturer Support
Products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty will be subject to the respective manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions.
Installation, repair, or warranty claims may be handled by the brand-authorized service team, wherever applicable.
